Re: PT 31 S3 Q26 - Suggestions for improved efficiency

I am so sorry but I still seems to be missing something. C) says 'Employees are more likely to implement ideas for improved efficiency that derive from a dialogue in which they have participated than from a dialogue in which they have not participated.'

I see 'not' in C) but after 'than'.

Q25 - Credit card companies justify charging

I was confused between B and C. Is C wrong, because it is risking people to inconvenience rather than exposing them to financial risk?

Q23 - Whenever she considers voting in

I was very confused about this question. I tried to represent the passage in a conditional form and I had: Kay disagree with each of the other candidates on more than one issue --> It is acceptable for her to vote for a candidate whose opinion differs from hers on at least one issue. Otherwise --...

PT25, S1, Q20 - Pan-Indian Theory

The answer is B, but I don't seem to be able to find evidence for it in the passage. In the third paragraph it mentions that speeches are often delivered in English, but does not mention language of other tribes. I actually chose C, because of the last sentence of the first paragraph. Is C wrong bec...

Q12 - Purebred dogs are prone

I don't really understand how A can be the answer. Even if most genetically determined abnormalities in dogs do not seriously affect a dog's general well-being, it doesn't mean the owners will have to pay for the medical bill for the surgery to correct the abnormality.

I tried to find an answer that made B.t toxins less preferable, but all of them seem to make B.t less preferable. I wasn't sure why D was the best answer.

Thank you.

Q13

I was confused between B, D and E. No where in the text could I find that the harsh punishment for debtors would hurt the country's econmy, only that it would 'run the risk of preventing continued economic activity of financially toubled individuals and institutions (line 11-13)' so I eliminated E a...

Q17 - An antidote for chichen pox

I was confused between D and E but I eliminated E becasue I thought it didn't address the discrepancy but rather contradicted the fact that was given in the stimulus ( this drug has no serious side effects ).

Thanks

Q21 - Bank deposits are credited on

I see that one flaw the argument makes is confusing a necessary condition as a sufficient condition and I kind of see that the second flaw is to do with the placement of 'know' but I can't pinpoint what the second flaw is.

Thanks.

Q24 - Medical researcher: As expected, records

I understand why the correct answer would weaken the argument, but I am not quite sure why the other answers are wrong.

Thanks!
