it makes no sense to say that “XXX has written a computer textbook in Spanish for people who speak / speaking Spanish (it is redundant and doesn't make much sense)
also,in choice C
people speaking Spanish who do not have to rely on translations from English.(who narrows down the scope of people → if these people do not rely on translations, then why should textbook be written in Spanish)
only D makes sense by using ”so that“ showing a purpose
