Which of the GMAT Prep tests is it from please? If it's from tests 1 or 2 then we can post it here (they are free to access). However, if it's from one of the tests 3 to 6 then, unfortunately, we can't print it as it's a paid for resource.

It's from GMAT Prep test 1.

Apologies for the delay here; thanks for confirming that it's from a free GMATPrep test. The question seems to have been incorrectly copied (answer B makes no sense at all). Do you have a question about this problem?

In terms of initial approach, I'd encourage you to pay attention to the parallelism marker 'but' and 'although', and to the modifier marker 'which'.
