Hello,
I am confused about two practice books (10 New Actual, Official LSAT PrepTests with Comparative Reading (PrepTests 52-61) (aka OG1) and 10 Actual, Official LSAT PrepTests, Volume V (PrepTests 62-71) (aka OG2)). Although, the course guide indicates that the books will be shipped, I was told that they will be available only online as soon as I purchase the course. I cannot find any links.

You're more likely to get a same-day response. I think the language you heard about "you'll have immediate online access" is a reference to the fact that you have access to all 84 official tests, in your Student Center, under Prep Tests.
The OG1 and OG2 are just printed copies of those twenty tests, so any time you see any questions/sections assigned from one of those books, it will tell you which Test/Section/Question it is, and you can download the pdf of that test from the Prep Tests section of your Student Center.
A lot of times questions are abbreviated like PT52, S3, Q12
Meaning "test 52, section 3, question 12"
