Thank u so much. Could you please explain number 5 again? Im having a little trouble even figuring out what exactly the questioin reequires of me. Thanks!

So question 5 asks, which one of the following guarantees that at most one of the hairdryer, the razor, and the television is on.

If the hairdryer is on that guarantees that the razor is off, by the first constraint, and that the television is off by the second constraint. So, if the hairdryer is on, of the hairdryer, the razor, and the television, only the hairdryer could be on. Thus, at most one of those three would be on. Answer choice (A) says the hairdryer is on. So, if answer choice (A) were true, that would guarantee that at most one of the those three appliances would be on. It satisfies the question stem and therefore is the correct answer.
