I can't seem to see why B is correct over E? I know that T and P should be in 3, right? I'm a little confused as to how to get the right answer for this question, please help :)

Answer choice (E) could be true, but it doesn't have to be true. Remember, tulips require peonies, but peonies do NOT require tulips.
