The Frame does help, in fact that's exactly what I draw down. The reason I eliminate C was because the way how the answer is writing down.


C. Richardson is on the same team as Saito, who prepares the final argument for the team.


I do agree that R & S are together, my confusion is the phrase after the coma that indicates "to me" still talking about R preparing a final argument.

I need help understanding the indication after the coma, to whom he or she is referring to?

The "who" is referring to the last name mentioned in the sentence, which is S.

R is on the same team as S, who does the final argument.

It is giving more information about variable S.
