Q16

by heyitsyeh Wed Sep 01, 2010 4:11 pm

Could number 16 have been answered using the hypotheticals produced in answer 14? That's what I did and I got it right but I realize number 16 is a global question. Is there a better way of answering it?

R,t/v,Q, W,(S-Y, t/v)

Hi! I just wanted to know if the answer for #16 was A?
If not, could you please explain how to get the correct answer? Sorry, I couldn't find an answer key for Course Handouts packet. And just to make sure, there isn't an answer key for this right? Just making sure!

Thank you!

Hi Somi, it sounds like you're a course student. If so, please e-mail tech and ask them to change your forum status (those that are students get their questions answered more quickly).

The correct answer to #16 is actually (B).

If you look at the diagram (diagram-t3721.html) you can answer this pretty quickly:

(A) S right after Q? In frame 1, Q is 6th, and S must be 2nd or 3rd. In frame 2, S and Q are separated by W. Eliminate.
(B) R right after S? That can work in the first frame! Circle this and move on.

Can you see how all the other answers are impossible?
