2nd sentence: horror-movie image is completely unrealistic
Last sentence: More realistic possibility is organ banks
2nd + last sentence: Though horror movie image is unrealistic, it is possible of organ banks...

P:Must be educated, a long-term process that could never produce identical adults etc.

C: "The horror-movie image of a wealthy person creating an army of exact duplicates is completely unrealistic"

The last sentence "More realistic" seems to be more speculation, and the first sentence is just back ground.

Yes! Great answer, and exactly right.

(A) is incorrect because of "the various fears"--the conclusion is about one fear being incorrect.

(B) is too extreme.

(C) and (D) misconstrue the claim.
