I don't see any inferences with this new rule but maybe I'm not diagramming this game correctly, can anyone help diagramming this game please?

If Iw is on 2, then Iv is on 2 as well, since Iv cannot go earlier than Iw and Iv must go before Sv and Tv, which must go on 3.
