Necessary/Sufficient Reversals

I wanted to confirm something. If there is an illegal reversal for a nec/suff condition statement, are the following both ways that the flaw can be described??

1)fails to address the possibility that even if a condition is sufficient it may not be necessary
2)interprets an assertion that certain conditions are necessary as asserting that these conditions are sufficient
