Logic game questions

I've been drilling logic games for a while now and while I definitely have noticed an improvement in being able to make key inferences and splitting up game boards after the initial set up, I feel like when I get to the actual questions the pace that I go through them is glacial even if my setup was fast and identical to the 7sage explanation videos. As a result I still finish over time on most logic games according to the 7sage recommended times. For some questions I have no idea how someone is able to finish them within the time limit as they can take me 2 to 3 minutes extra even though my setup is good. Is anyone dealing with the same issue and if so, any advice on getting through the questions faster. I especially end up sinking a bunch of time on MBF or CBT questions.
