Re: Logic game questions

Knowing how to effectively test answers is a key to efficient game play. So is knowing what qualities are grounds for elimination!

For a MBF question, you can eliminate any answer that's part of your previous work because you already know they can be true. To test an answer, try to make a test case in which it is true. Does it work? If so, eliminate!

For a CBT question, the 4 wrong answers must be false. Eliminate any answer you know violates a rule or an inference. You can select any answer that's part of your previous work because you already know it can be true. To test an answer, try to make a test case in which it is true. Does it work? If so, select!

Try to get to the point where you can test an answer in 10 seconds or less. Play full games in which you test every answer, just for practice, until you master the skill.

And on test day, if you know certain types of questions tank your timing, skip them. Bye bye "rule replacement" questions!

Hope this helps!
