I'm currently feeling slightly burned out, as for the past two weeks I've been doing one preptest a day, but I haven't been doing them in one sitting, so it was like Section 1 & 2 in the mornings, Section 3 in the afternoon and Section 4 at night. I've been timing them and I'm usually just a couple minutes over, for almost all the sections. I just finished preptest 32, and I still have a long way to go. I signed up for the LSAT in February and I'm aiming for 170+, but currently my score is around 165-168, only very occasionally reaching 170 when I get lucky. I make quite a bunch of small mistakes, reading errors, not reading the answer choices correctly, and etc. and the questions I really don't understand are only around 2-3 per section, not counting logic games. I always go back and redo the questions or go on the forums for explanations to make sure I really understand those afterwards. I know that once I eliminate those stupid mistakes, I can score around a 175, but I don't know if it's possible to improve that much in a month. I'm feeling a little lost and really stressed out.
I'm currently an undergraduate student, but due to a really rigorous schedule (double major in Chem & Political Science), I have absolutely no time to study during the semester once it begins February 11th, or the summer actually.
I've been looking around in the forums for tips, but could anyone offer me any tips on how to improve a little faster in time for February? Should I also skip doing the tests 39-51 because they're a tad old? I haven't bought those books yet, so I'm not sure if I should just go on to the newer ones.
I typically have the most trouble in Logical Reasoning, and occasionally get a 2-3 wrong in RC, but those are just stupid mistakes from not reading carefully.
Thanks so much!
ps. Is it recommended that I get a tutor? I have the Manhattan LSAT Strategy Guides already.
