I didn't get many inferences or deductions from this game setup and rules.
Just set up your 1, 2, 3 slots on the bottom then the H, I, R for each row, giving you nine spots total. Then just put in the restrictions you have about T not being in row 3 and M, S not in the I row. You can deduce that slot I3 will be empty.
Then just move forward with the questions. Ultimately the questions weren't very difficult if you approached them carefully.
