Except

by sanchez.zoilac Wed Sep 07, 2016 10:18 am

When approaching these questions I look for an answer choice that cannot be true:

Could be true except
Could be false except

Would a Must be True answer choice ever be a correct one?

Hi sanchez.zoilac, great question!

Could be True EXCEPT - Incorrect Answers: could be true or must be true; Correct Answer: must be false.
Could be False EXCEPT - Incorrect Answers: could be false or must be false; Correct Answer: must be true.
Must be True EXCEPT - Incorrect Answers: must be true; Correct Answer: could be false.
Must be False EXCEPT - Incorrect Answers - must be false; Correct Answer - could be true or must be true.

So yes, a Must be True can be the correct answer in some EXCEPT situations.

Good luck!
