Connectivity Troubleshooting During LSAT-FLEX

Hi, guys, I just want to ask if any of y'all faced technical issues when taking LSAT-FLEX. I wasn't able to take the LSAT-FLEX exam yesterday due to bad connectivity resulting from whatever reason it is (I passed the equipment check but I just couldn't connect to LSAC's testing servers). I was wondering if any of you might've faced the same problem and perhaps might know how this issue could be resolved?

It would be no point for me to reschedule an exam only for me to have another internet connection episode during that exam

Have you contacted ProctorU or LSAC to ask for advice? You might get some general suggestions here, but depending on the exact part of the process you were in when the problem occurred, either LSAC or ProctorU might be able to do a better job of helping you troubleshoot the issue.
