Conditional grouping

by Demi Tue Dec 22, 2015 5:32 pm

Hi,

Whenever I see a rule " either j or k is in, but not both". Am I wrong to Believe that this means either/or and one must be included? What's a rule scenario that implies that they can both be out?

That would just be, "J and K cannot both be in," or any variation on that.
