This answer choice is the complete reverse. This is a logical reversal. This is going from evidence to conclusion. We want if upset ---> Less than 50.

Answer B: If 50 or more people showed up to Jorge's 50th birthday party, Jorge would not be upset on his birthday.

We can use the contrapositive of this one to say that if upset ---> Less than 50. This is the answer.
