Yes/No - True/False

by kristen.li Thu Jul 12, 2012 7:16 pm

The CPI question appeared on GMAT IR asks " select Yes if the statement is inferable from the given information, otherwise select No".

Does this mean that I should select YES as long as I have enough information to make a judgement about the statement whether the statement is true or false.. OR does this mean that I should only select YES if the statement can be inferred AND is a true statement?

thanks,

saying that a statement "can be inferred" implies that the statement is true.
