Work History

I was wondering how important the length of your work history is to admissions boards.

I've only worked about 17 full months at my current job, but it's a high level position. My target program, UCLA Andersen, mentions an average work history spanning over 58 months. I want to get accepted by Fall of 2011 (giving my two weeks sometime in June of '11) - which would put me at 36 months or so.

Is this a big obstacle?
