Work Experience (current or before entering school)?

I know this might be a stupid question but I just want to get it cleared up.

I graduated in 2006 and now this summer I worked 3 full years, currently in my 4th year.

For my b-school apps, should I enter that I have 3 yrs or 4yrs of work experience (since before starting school in fall 2010 I will complete 4 yrs total)?

Hi - it depends how the question is asked! Sometimes the school is explicit, asking "how many years/months of experience will you have at matriculation?". If not, you should put the current amount. You can always call the admissions office anonymously to confirm, but that would be my suggestion.
