Word Translations Chapter 12: ADV COMB/PROB/ST

by vtsanders Wed Jul 20, 2011 12:25 am

Is there a "Slot Method" solution to the first example in the chapter? If so please explain, I understand the books anagram idea but I cant think of the proper set up for a slot method approach. Thanks

no, a slot method approach wouldn't be a good idea here. you are trying to find the number of orderings of the steps, so the anagram method is better for this one..
