Wiley Question # > Navigator # (Verbal)

Hi,

When I complete questions using the 2019 Wiley software, I insert the question number in Navigator to read mprep's explanations to certain problems. I've been able to locate the quant questions just fine in Navigator, however I am having trouble with the verbal questions.
For example, in Wiley, the question number could be SC02317, however when I try filling in that number in Navigator, it says "question not found." I've tried plugging in 17, 317, 231, and 23. I'm having the same issue for CR and RC. Do I need to adjust the Wiley question # and if so, how should I adjust it?

Interesting question. Our Navigator explanations are organised according to the question number in the Official Guide, in which the problem are numbered from 1 to about 1000. That may not correlate with other sources.
