Why is choice D wrong.

In one of the posts, I read that we can compare singular to plural, as in this sentence - The consultant in KPMG, who specializes in Finance, differs significantly from the consultants in McKinsey

So, why is choice D wrong.

I find one issue in D that is to the dwelling. This should be to their dwelling(the owner's dwelling)
