what should i do if i get laid off after submition

i have apllied to harvard/stanford/mit and was wondering what to do once i get laid off? how it will affect my chances of getting admitted?

go get laid, first and foremost.

Then tell them that because of current economy, I have lost my job. They should understand.

Don't need to explain much more than that to them.

If you have already submitted the app, then just wait until you get an interview invite. They are evaluating you based on the application you've submitted.
