Dear Ron,
I have one little doubt on the usage of "and". I am confused whether using "and" or ", and" makes any difference ?
I have taken one example below from one of your video on "and".
A truck crashed in front of me on the freeway, and I was late to work.
From your explanation in the video it is clear to me that the use of ", and" makes the 2nd half of the sentence independent from the first half of the sentence means they are no more dependent of each other.
My doubt is, if i write the same sentence after removing comma so that the sentence will become:
A truck crashed in front of me on the freeway and I was late to work.
Will the removal of comma change the meaning or make the sentence wrong ?
Anyone, please help. Thanks.
