What is a good score to get into a part time prog of Top 10?

Hi All,

I am mostly interested in persuing a part time MBA program due to personal obligations
I am currently scoring in 600-650 range(on MGMAT Tests) and have my CAT scheduled in last week of december...

I am hoping to improve my score to 680+
Will that be good enough to get into part time program (if you were to just consider the test score , all things apart) ?

I am currently based in chicago and am really hoping to get into Kellog for a part time program...

Any inputs will be highly appreciated..

Thank you for your inquiry.

Of course, your GMAT score is just one variable in the equation, but you can expect that Kellogg will have a lower GMAT average for part-time students, so you do not need to worry if you don’t hit that 700.

We have seen candidates get in with scores of 650 and lower. Of course, aim as high as you can...

Is there any absolute minimum score that schools would just not look at.

I know one might not answer this outright.

I want understand for eg. if schools just say no to students with very low gmat score (500 or 550)
and citing that as the ONLY factor in denying admission.
