Versions of Strategy Guides

Hi

Now new verion of strategy gudes are in market so I have question for you.

I am using the below strategy guides.

1. Crirical reasoning and Reading Comprehension Verbal Guide ( CR and RC is combined ) - This guide refers OG 11 for problem set.
2. Sentence Correction Verbal Guide - This guide refers to OG 10 Sentence Correction

I do not know which version of Strategy Guides these are.

Am I using latest material ? Is it version 1 or 2 ?
How these versions are different from each other ?

Should I buy new strategy guides ?

Please explain.

Hi there-

It sounds like you're using the 2005 edition of both of these books, which was the first edition. There was a second print of the 2005 editions to match the problem sets from the 11th Edition of the OG. You seem to be using the second print of the CR/RC 2005 edition, and the first print of the Sentence Correction 2005 edition.

This new set of books coming out is the Third Edition. While those two editions (1st v. 2nd, or 2005 v. 2007) weren't very different from each other, this new set has significant upgrades. We're in the process of releasing all of the updates and information on these books, but for now you can check out some examples here:
