I opted E but the OA is B 'than those do PreX' as it is in B - what does it mean?

Let me try

Here, we have to start with name of the company as signal from first and last part of the sentence.
A, C - Out

D - Subject (UpskirT employees) is not proper
B - Correct
E - "higher educated employees" compared with PreX

Um, yeah. I'm calling "foul" on this one. I cannot conceive of any circumstance in which the official test writers would call a company "UpskirT."
