If it meets your needs, then why would my opinion (or lack thereof) matter? I can tell you that it's like an executive program, it's for older folks, it's in sunny LA, the USC business program across the board is pretty good, etc. but that's stuff you probably know already.
Again, if it seems to meet your needs, that's what matters. If you've spoken to current students, professors, alums, etc. and you feel good about what they're offering, then go for it. Your own judgment about what suits you should be what dictates your decision-making (you gotta learn how to trust your own judgment and gut feel on these things). I know it's tempting to look for validation from others, but these kinds of questions have no clear cut answers. All the best
