UCLA Anderson

by GUEST Mon Nov 10, 2008 10:14 am

I submitted R1 to Anderson back on 10/9, but I still haven't heard anything regarding an interview. Does this mean that I am most likely to get dinged? Or maybe they've placed me at the back of the line? Based on my GMAT, GPA, work experience, and volunteer experience, I thought I should have been competitive with the applicant pool. Am I worrying needlessly?

Has anyone else heard?

Thank you for your inquiry.

You have no reason to panic yet. It takes the admissions committee a few days to get organized after the deadline date and then they simply start reading applications, one by one. We have had news of some interviews being granted, but they are likely not done at this point. In fact, they are probably just getting going...

Sincerely,

thanks jeremy. i still haven't heard anything, but I guess it's only been 10 days since I posted... I guess I can give it until beginning of December before I hit the panic button and apply to another school second round.
