Trying to decide on B schools and could use your help

by monad2000 Sat Nov 13, 2010 1:12 am

Could really use your help. I am looking to move to NYC after b school. I applied round 2 for Cornell and looking for other schools to apply to. I own my own business and have a 3.5 but sadly a 640 V33 Q45. What is more likely to be accepted Tuck Round3 or NYU Round 2? Also, how hard is it to get a job after part time NYU? I appreciate any insight you guys might have

Hi monad,

I would venture that between the two options you list, NYU R2 is your better chance, as R3 can get quite competitive and the NYU class is much larger. I can't speak specifically about job prospects coming out of NYU part-time, but you can call the career placement office and ask them for recent data on part-time graduates.

Good luck!
