Sorry to hear you didn't perform as you'd hoped on the GMAT. It looks like it's really the verbal side that pulled you down; can you re-take? Generally it's ideal to try again-- schools take the highest score, and you are well below the average at most reputable programs. In fact some admissions officers may wonder why you DIDN'T re-take if you do not!
With a low GMAT and only 2 years of work experience, it will be difficult to gain acceptance, you should definitely look outside the top 30 or more ranked programs. Hopefully you can bump up that GMAT and maybe consider waiting a year or two and building up that resume?
