There are lots of breakdowns like that - it really depends upon how you'd like to keep track. I've found most people prefer either an every 5 question benchmark or an every 10 question benchmark for quant.
Every 5 questions:
Q5: 65 minutes left
Q10: 55 minutes left
Q15: 45 minutes left
and so on
And for every 10 questions, just chop out the 5's from above. Memorize the benchmarks and you'll know whether you're on track when you check.
Verbal's trickier b/c you don't know exactly when you're going to get your RC passages. Most people get 1 complete one in the first 10 questions and some people also get the start of the second one in that frame. Most people get 2 complete ones in the first 20 questions and some people also get the start of the third one in that frame. So generally speaking, you can mostly stick to the same timing benchmarks, BUT you have to remember two things: there are 4 more verbal questions than quant questions, so you have to move a little faster overall, and you should be a bit more flexible depending upon when you get the passages.
So there you might say:
Q10 = about 55 to 58 minutes left
and so on (so basically giving yourself 17-20 minutes per 10 questions)
