Hi Eitan,
The score you receive on your practice exam is not exactly what you should be looking at. Instead, we recommend analyzing your Assessment Reports to see a more in-depth breakdown of your performance on the exam. With this information, you will be able to focus your studies. The reason why the actual score is not accurate is because the ManhattanGMAT Practice Tests have a standard deviation of about 50 points, meaning you could be anywhere from a 590 - 690 level test-taker. Granted, the real GMAT has a standard deviation of 30 points, so our tests are a pretty close approximation of the real test, but like any practice exam, they cannot be relied on for an accurate score.
Hence, the second question that you pose is also difficult to answer. We don't keep track of students' diagnostics and their eventual GMAT score just because doing so would not be accurate. It would be like comparing to apples and oranges - one test is not indicative of a student's performance on the other. However, I can say that the median GMAT score for course graduates is a 690.
