The Federal Reserve announcement said that growth

by PriyankaR833 Thu Mar 09, 2017 1:27 am

The Federal Reserve announcement said that growth had accelerated after slowing in the second quarter
and that the policy makers remain concerned about the prospects of inflation, even though there are few
signs of higher energy prices driving up the cost of other goods so far.
• that growth had accelerated after slowing in the second quarter and that the policy makers remain
concerned about the prospects of inflation, even though there are few

about the prospects of inflation, even though there are few
• that growth had accelerated after slowing in the second quarter and the policy makers remain concerned
about the prospects of inflation, even though there are little

My confusion here is we are only concerned about parallelism in terms of structure i.e. 2 dependent clauses starting with 'that' are considered parallel. What about the verb form?
When we look for parallelism what do we exactly look for? only the structure should suffice i.e. infinitives are parallel to infinitives, gerunds to gerunds etc.
