100 points in a month is a bit of a stretch. I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but I do want to be honest with you.
You say that you "messed up" on the math. Did you mess up the timing? If you messed up the timing badly enough, leading to a large score drop, then maybe 5-6 weeks will be enough IF you fix the timing issue.
First, I need more detailed data on your strengths and weaknesses in order to advise you. Use the below to analyze your most recent MGMAT CAT(s):
http://www.manhattangmat.com/blog/index ... ice-tests/Then come back here and tell us the results of your analysis and what you think you should do based on that analysis. (Note: do share an analysis with us, not just the raw data. Part of getting better is developing your ability to analyze your results - figure out what they mean and what you think you should do about them!)
Next, I'm going to assume that you did have timing problems. Read these two articles and start doing what they say - immediately!

(The two scoring scales are not the same, so a 34 on quant is a much lower score than 34 on verbal). I'm not saying you shouldn't shoot for an even higher verbal score - I'm just saying that quant is where most of the work needs to happen, at least at first, because that score is much lower right now.
Also, read this:
