Much has been mentioned of trying to put together a "supplemental transcript" in addition to your undergraduate transcript, for admissions purposes. Taking courses that you may not have as an undergrad, specifically quantitative courses, and showing your aptitude in these courses, seems to help in the admissions process.
I am trying to keep costs down, as I would like to take 1 or 2 of these courses, however, I don't want to pay $2,000 to take an accounting class at a national university. I was doing some research and came across a few online courses being taught at various institutions. I am wondering about this particular course taught at UCLA extension. Like I said, its an online course and the dates work out perfectly for me. I was wondering if this would be an acceptable course to form my "supplemental transcript" if you will. Here is the link:
