Subject-Verb Clarification

Isn't the subject here is Rising clothing supplies, which is a noun phrase? if I am correct then the singular verb should be leads. The answer is E but I believe it should be B. Please explain

This forum only caters to legal questions.
I dont think you can post questions from OG
You can refer SC problem 8 in OG(official guide 11th edition) to get an explaination. It is almost the same.
