Great question. The study organizer will actually cover every single OG problem, as well as all of the in-action problems. I usually counsel my students to save a significant chunk of OG problems for review after the course though (unless someone has to take the test right after the course ends). Typically, my students will just set aside either the entire OG12 or both supplemental books (purple and green) for after.
You're definitely going to want to do some review, and you're also going to need to build the ability to recognize what a new problem is testing. When you're doing problems only from a certain chapter in your strategy guide, you already know what's about to be tested before you even see the problem (at least, you know the category). The real test doesn't tell you, "Hey, I'm about to give you a divisibilty problem" - you have to figure that out. So save some to do in mixed sets; that will allow you to build this crucial recognition skill.
