Something wrong with posting?

by TP Sun Aug 10, 2008 12:34 pm

Has there been some problem with posting replies ? I keep on getting
a "Line too long" error on trying to post a reply. I tried reducing the response
to a bare 4-5 lines, but that didn't help.

Hi TP,

Sorry about the difficulty! I'm not quite sure what the issue is, but I'll make sure our Tech Team gets a chance to read your post and figure things out.

Hi TP,

Try posting again, switching your browser, or clearing its cache. I've tested everything on our end and everything seems fine. I'm even posting this reply as a guest, same as you would.

Gerard,

Thanks for the response. Here was the difference that I saw:

1. When I clicked "Post Reply" it worked ok
2. When I clicked "Quote" on a specific post to reply to it, I got the error.

I am using "Quote" right now, and hopefully it works. Thanks for the quick response.
