Should I reject Tepper Admission

Hi,

I recently got an admission in Tepper School of Bussiness for Part-Time MBA. But, I have problem arranging the funds for the program.
As an international applicant, I am not eligible for any student loans that US banks provide. The expenditure of the program is over 100K, and the banks in my home country are willing to give loan for 40% of the costs.

Is there any other alternative that I might help in accepting the admit?
