Should I buy the OG13 with test in 3 weeks?

Would it be helpful to buy the new OG book in order to better prepare for the exam (I have been using OG12 for the past three months) with my exam coming up in 3 weeks?

Not really. Not unless you want some IR practice problems (which aren't in OG12). Around 75% of OG12 is identical to OG13. :)
