There are probably scholarships out there that use the GMAT score as one component of the application process, but I don't know of any scholarships that rely solely on the GMAT score (and, if they did, it's likely that they'd be looking at more like a 750 or 760).
We're not admissions experts, though, so I encourage you to do some research of your own into this topic. In general, though, most scholarships rely on other factors, though again, some may use the GMAT score as just ONE of the components.
