I want to discss the question 17 og 13. I will not post the question here. So, our discussion is legal.

why C is wrong ?

it is quite possible to use ellipsis here.

though tired, I continue to learn gmat

is correct

no it is not possible to eliminate the subject and verb from the subordinate clause in C. did you read the explanation in the OG? it tells you exactly what is wrong with C..

in many cases in og books, I see ellipsis is acceptable. why in this case, ellipsis is not acceptable. I can not remember in which question of og, which acept ellipsis.

for now, I will accept that ellipsis is not acceptable by gmat standard.

what part of our discussion made you think using ellipsis is NOT acceptable? frankly, the best course of action is to ignore this issue altogether and look at other issues on the sentences you're dealing with..

Thank you Tim, PLs, look at the question 17 og13 and explain why C is wrong.

this og question makes me think that ellipsis is not prefered in this case. as usual, og explanation is too slight. That is reason why we are in this forum.

pls, help. this question makes me uneasy a few weeks. there is no good explanation for this.
