Guys plz help me solve this sc qn

For the farmer who takes care to keep them cool, providing them with high-energy
feed, and milking them regularly, Holstein cows are producing
an average of 2,275
gallons of milk each per year.

A. providing them with high-energy feed, and milking them regularly, Holstein cows are
producing
B. providing them with high-energy feed, and milked regularly, the Holstein cow
produces
C. provided with high-energy feed, and milking them regularly, Holstein cows are
producing
D. provided with high-energy feed, and milked regularly, the Holstein cow produces
E. provided with high-energy feed, and milked regularly, Holstein cows will produce
Ans is E why? I was a bit confused between A and B

A/B/C have parallelism issues. D has a pronoun issue.

Hi

You said A has parallelism error and
in the link:http://www.manhattangmat.com/forums/sc-forum-q-t615.html , Stacey has also mentioned parallelism error

" A should say "providing them with high energy feed, and milking them regularly, Holstein cows are producing " This makes a list out of "to keep," "providing," and "milking" which is a list, but it fails the parallelism test. Also, the verb tense "are producing" is wrong"

I tried hard to understand the parallelism error? Can you please explain how it is parallelism error in A.

It would be really helpful. I am wondering what i am missing:(

Thanks

the comma-and indicates we're probably looking for three things to be parallel. the comma earlier in the sentence confirms this. to the right of comma-and we have "milking", which is a participle. to the right of the first comma we have "providing", also a participle. now look to the left of the first comma and you'll see there is no participle, so A is not parallel..
