Whatever ID you will have to take into the test center. If you are testing in a country that is NOT your country of citizenship, then you have to bring your passport, so use the name on your passport.
If you are testing in your home country, then you may be able to show a different piece of ID, and you should check to see what they want for your home country (it differs from country to country). Again, use whatever they tell you you have to bring as ID on test day.
If you're not sure, call the testing center and ask.
