Regarding application process... Please help soon

I have just started my preparation of GMAT. I just got to know that deadline for harvard and Stanford business schools is Jan 10th 2012 for round two of fall 2012 admission. These two are my dream schools. I m actually a doctor ( a dentist specialized in oral pathology) . Can you please guide me what are the chances of getting into these schools for me as I am from a different background. Apart from this can I apply before giving GMAT? As I require some time to get a good score as these colleges require at least 700 +. Can you also intimate me with charges for reviewing application, essays etc. at manhattan.
I will be indebted if you can intimate with any further information regarding application process as I m new into this field.

Given that I know very little about your motivations of switching from physician to MBA, it's hard for me to comment on your chances of admission. Harvard and Stanford are incredibly competitive schools and you will need to show a compelling reason as to why they are good matches for your career interests. They will be receptive to a career-changing doctor, but only if you've shown you've thought this decision through.

You conceivably can apply before you take your GMATs but your application won't be classified as "complete" until the school sees that GMAT results.
