Recommendations for study plan after class is over?

by lmaura429 Mon Jan 07, 2013 10:03 pm

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can give me advice on how to study after my MGMAT class ends in a couple of weeks.

I'm aiming for above a 720. I don't want to spend too much time reviewing things I've gotten wrong over & over because I'm not sure that's the best method for me. Should I be working on a lot of the harder material (eg harder quant Q's), or not work on that until AI feel I've mastered the simpler stuff?

Thanks!

Congratulations (in advance) on making it through the class. :)

What you should do is make sure to sign up for your Post-Course Assessment (PCA). This is a 30-minute online meeting with an instructor to go over your post-course study plan. You sign up for this in the Office Hours section of your MGMAT Student Center. (Note: you cannot sign up for this until after you have taken 3 practice exams under timed conditions.) If you have any issues with this, contact studentservices@manhattangmat.com or 800.576.GMAT.

Take your 3rd practice exam sometime around class 9 (lots of people like to leave it for the week-end after class 9), then sign up for the PCA.

If you'd then like to discuss anything further or if you want to get more advice on your plan at a later date, come on in here and we'll discuss! :)
